Job summary
Faith-Home-Healthcare-LLC seeks a mid-level Business Development Representative to expand hospice, home health, and palliative care referrals across Northeastern New Jersey. Qualifications
- 2+ years in home health care and hospice sales/marketing
- Ability to travel throughout Bergen, Morris, Hudson, Essex, and Passaic counties
- Strong relationship-building, organization, and communication skills; proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office, Google apps
Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and manage referral relationships across hospitals, physician practices, rehab centers, SNFs, and assisted living
- Execute territory plans that increase referral volume and consistently exceed targets
- Deliver clear presentations and service education; coordinate closely to support smooth patient transitions
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM; use data to refine outreach and territory strategy
