Job summary

Vitality Hospice is seeking an Account Executive to expand referral partnerships in healthcare across an assigned territory. You will cultivate relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, and home health providers while representing a mission-driven hospice organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or hospice sales is required or highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral partnerships across hospitals, SNFs, and clinics.
• Manage territory with regular in-person visits and partner meetings.
• Provide timely responses to partner inquiries and coordinate care.
• Deliver education and community outreach to referral sources.
• Track campaigns, leads, and referral outcomes in the CRM.
