Job summary

Holisticare Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our team serving Southern Ocean County. You’ll build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to grow census and promote our hospice services.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped commission potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. A healthcare sales background and reliable car are required for travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with key staff and contracts.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners, to strengthen collaboration and trust within the medical community.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for our hospice services by conducting regular outreach that reflects commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Play a key role in growing our presence by positioning Holisticare Hospice as the provider of choice across the service area—helping us exceed growth and census goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular, intentional visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients and families during critical moments by leading initial conversations about hospice care, explaining services and philosophy, and facilitating consent with empathy and respect.
