Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to lead strategic outreach and grow our network of referral partners across Iowa. You will educate healthcare professionals about hospice options and identify opportunities to refer patients at the right time.

The role requires at least 2 years in healthcare sales, strong relationships with physicians and hospitals, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs or home health professionals.
• Proficiency in communicating complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services to ensure correct referrals.
• Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, SNFs, home health agencies, clinics, and physician offices.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and hospice options.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referral growth.
• Represent Gentiva at community events and professional associations to promote our services.
