Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or referral coordination preferred.
• Ability to position services to customers and clients; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinates daily sales and marketing operations including implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Build and monitor customer perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per organizational requirements.
• Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary sales volume projections.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payer groups, referral sources, and competitors.
• Enhance communication between patient, family, caregiver, facility, physician team, and hospice vendors.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on hospice and informed decision making.
• Assist leadership in budgeting volume projections and marketing allocations.
• Monitor resources according to budget constraints.
• Conduct market assessments and help develop a marketing plan.
• Coordinate and schedule marketing events, vendor fairs, and exhibits.
• Support ongoing training of Care Transition Team and mentoring of coordinators.
• Orient new staff in the marketing team and contribute to strategic planning.
• Share market knowledge with personnel and help access community resources when needed.
• Monitor cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
