Caris HealthCare is looking for a Hospice Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources. You'll have the opportunity to significantly impact access to hospice care for terminally ill patients while achieving market share goals.

With a focus on compassionate care, we support our team members and their families. You’ll conduct sales calls, develop business relationships, and ensure a strong understanding of hospice services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate sales principles in a healthcare environment.
• Outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated.
• Able to communicate articulately, comprehend written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct a minimum of forty sales calls and presentations each week.
• Maintain key business accounts and build relationships with prospective accounts.
• Coordinate an orientation program of new and existing contracting entities.
