Job summary

The Account Development Liaison at Chapters Health System educates community care partners about hospice and palliative care eligibility and benefits for eligible patients. The role targets referral growth by engaging hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and home health agencies across the service area.

Experience in medical sales is preferred, with bilingual Spanish as a plus. Strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to travel are essential to meet admission goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional medical sales experience preferred.
• Ability to promote all service lines with potential referral sources in competitive areas.
• Technically proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and other job-related software.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Mobile Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout the designated service area.
• Able to manage time and contacts effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, plan, and execute sales activities and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, expands, and maintains quality professional relationships with new and existing referral sources.
• Provides a consistent professional presence in the healthcare community to meet admission goals.
• Develops data driven quarterly sales plans focusing on admission and program growth.
• Maintains a structured call rotation with all accounts to prevent neglect.
• Completes sales call documentation in the CRM timely and accurately.
• Develops new referral sources and educates sources with updates and analytics.
