Chapters Health System is seeking an Account Development Liaison to educate community care partners about hospice and palliative care services and the eligibility criteria for admission. The role also promotes Home Health services to non-Hospice patients within the territory.

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of medical sales experience, with healthcare background preferred. Travel across the service area is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional medical sales experience preferred.
• Healthcare background considered.
• Ability to promote all service lines with potential referral sources in competitive areas.
• Technically proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other job-related software.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout the designated service area.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, plan, and execute sales activities and strategies that result in referral generation and goals.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivates, expands, and maintains quality professional relationships with new and existing referral sources.
• Provides a consistent professional presence in the healthcare community.
• Communicates with the Director of Business Development on concerns.
• Develops data driven quarterly sales plans focusing on admission and program growth.
