Madrona Hospice Care Inc. is seeking a Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison in Brentwood, CA. You will build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, and physician offices to generate appropriate hospice referrals while ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 plus OTE commissions. Expect field activity with a typical schedule of healthcare visits and community outreach to expand access to hospice services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, business, marketing, or communications.
• Experience in hospice, home health, hospital, or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Existing relationships with healthcare referral sources are highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop new hospice referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
• Educate referral partners about hospice philosophy, services, eligibility, and the referral process.
• Coordinate with intake and clinical teams to ensure timely referrals and admissions.
