This role emphasizes face-to-face relationship building and daily outreach to referrals. The position offers a base plus uncapped performance bonus, with both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, home health, hospice, pharma, or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit referral sources such as hospitals and physician offices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers.
• Follow up on patients and referrals.
• Educate staff on hospice services.
• Execute a structured daily and weekly territory plan.
