Madrona Hospice Care Inc. is seeking a Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to build ethical referral relationships and generate appropriate hospice referrals within its service area.

You will serve as a liaison to hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, clinics, and community partners, coordinating with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral flow. The role emphasizes travel within the territory, relationship-building, and education of partners about hospice services, eligibility, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare sales or field marketing preferred.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Develop new hospice referral sources within the territory.
• Maintain relationships with existing referral partners.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals, SNFs, clinics, and physician offices.
• Educate partners on hospice services and the referral process.
