Job summary

Madrona Hospice Care Inc. is seeking a field-oriented Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to cultivate referral partnerships across hospitals, SNFs, clinics, and physician offices.

You will educate partners on hospice services, coordinate referrals with the intake team, and drive a structured territory plan to grow appropriate referrals. The role emphasizes ethical, compliant marketing practices, strong relationship building, and ongoing communication with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, marketing, or related field.
• Previous hospice or healthcare sales or business development experience preferred.
• Existing relationships with healthcare referral sources within the territory are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships within the service area.
• Educate referral partners about hospice services and referrals process.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with intake and clinical teams.
• Maintain an organized territory plan and active referral pipeline.
• Achieve agency business-development goals and report on activity.
