The role requires building strong partnerships with referral sources, ensuring timely communications, and promoting hospice programs to families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of hospice sales or related industry experience with a proven growth record.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external teams.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs for communications, presentations, tracking, and spreadsheets.
• CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops territory plans to achieve growth goals with referral sources.
• Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals, and care-at-home providers.
• Promotes hospice services and programs to drive referrals and access to care.
• Maintains professional knowledge of provider services and communicates new offerings.
• Coordinates with Intake and care resources to ensure smooth patient handoffs.
• Documents plans and logs daily activity for follow-up with sources.
