Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice in Montgomery County is seeking a Hospice Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other partners as we become their hospice of choice for compassionate, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes expanding referral networks, market presence, and positive community reputation while working independently and driving strategic outreach.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory.
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources and our competitors.
