Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a healthcare business development professional to manage relationships with referral sources and drive referral growth. You will educate providers about Enhabit services and program requirements, guiding patients and families through post-acute care transitions to improve outcomes.

The role requires experience in healthcare business development, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or a graduate of nursing/therapy/social work
• Two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience
• Familiar with federal/state/local laws for Medicare-certified home health/hospice
• Valid driver license and automobile liability insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills
• Clinical licensure if applicable

Mansioni

• Act as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, post-acute facilities, senior communities, and other healthcare organizations)
• Grow referrals by educating stakeholders about Enhabit services and program requirements
• Assist patients, families, and caregivers through post-acute care transitions to improve outcomes
• Support care transitions and ensure high patient/referral-source satisfaction
