Altus Hospice in Waco is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to promote our hospice services and build trusted relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners. You will drive census growth by raising awareness and representing our mission with compassion and professionalism.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:30pm, a focus on community outreach, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support growth and work–life balance.

Formación

• Two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare is required/strongly preferred in hospice marketing.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence by positioning our hospice as the provider of choice across the service area; help exceed census goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients and families during critical moments by guiding initial conversations and conveying our philosophy with empathy.
