Job summary

Altus Hospice in Waco, TX, seeks a Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer) to promote our services and build relationships with referral sources and physicians. This role drives census growth and serves as a compassionate representative for our team.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with territory focused on Waco. Requires 2+ years in healthcare sales/marketing; bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to strengthen collaboration.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Drive referral growth by visiting referring physicians and healthcare partners.
• Support patients and families during critical moments with empathy.
