Job summary

Altus Hospice in Houston area is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our team. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare partners to grow census and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

This role is Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm, covering Conroe, The Woodlands and Spring. You’ll advocate for hospice services, educate families, and represent Altus Hospice with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related field recommended.
• Minimum two years of healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with staff and physicians.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
