Job summary

Altus Hospice in Georgetown is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our team serving the Georgetown area. You’ll build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to promote hospice services and grow census.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule (8 am–4:30 pm), and a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with staff and providers.
• Clinical experience is a plus.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence across the service area and exceed census goals.
• Drive referral growth via visits with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and social workers.
• Support patients and families during critical moments with empathetic conversations.
