Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a healthcare development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior communities. You will educate referral sources on Enhabit services to support patient outcomes and care transitions.

The role requires two years in healthcare business development, solid knowledge of Medicare guidelines, and a valid driver's license. In-office attendance is essential for collaboration and achieving objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field required or equivalent.
• Graduate of nursing, therapy or social work program preferred and highly valued.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• In-office attendance is essential to achieve Enhabit objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities, associations).
• Support referral growth by educating sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to improve patient outcomes.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions and promote quality patient and referral source satisfaction.
• Engage with referral sources, patients, families, and community partners to foster collaboration and growth.
