Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a healthcare business development professional to manage relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities. You will educate partners on services and program requirements to foster referral growth and smoother care transitions.

The role requires driving, knowledge of Medicare/home health regulations, and the ability to navigate complex clinical environments while delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Clinical license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources to grow referrals and educate on services.
• Supports post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
