You will educate partners on services and program requirements, helping navigate post‑acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field or related education.
• Two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local Medicare home health and hospice regulations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
