Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled healthcare business development professional to cultivate and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. The role focuses on expanding referral networks and educating stakeholders to ensure smooth post-acute care transitions and high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare business development, knowledge of home health/hospice regulations, a valid driver's license, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of nursing, therapy, or social work.
• Equivalent years of equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, clinics, senior living communities, and other providers).
• Supports referral growth by educating referral sources and patients on services and program requirements to improve patient outcomes and care transitions.
