Tranquility Hospice seeks a Community Liaison to lead business development and physician relationship management across the Ohio service area. You will educate referral sources about hospice services, promote appropriate referrals, and expand the network through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and community outreach.

You will travel regularly, educate healthcare professionals on hospice eligibility, and support outreach activities while maintaining strong CRM records and marketing plans.

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, nursing, social work, physician relations, or a related healthcare field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a geographic territory.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase awareness of Tranquility Hospice within the assigned service area.
• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, dialysis centers, oncology practices, and other healthcare referral sources.
• Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners to educate about hospice eligibility and services.
• Represent Tranquility Hospice at networking events, health fairs, professional meetings, and community outreach activities.
• Analyze the assigned market to identify growth opportunities, referral trends, competitive activity, and target accounts.
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing objectives and territory growth strategies.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with referral sources through regular visits and educational presentations.
• Coordinate educational in-service presentations for healthcare providers and community organizations.
