Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a Community Outreach Hospice Liaison in Dayton, OH to drive outside sales and cultivate relationships with referral sources. The role covers Huber Heights and Troy, with a schedule primarily Monday to Friday, plus occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare/business development experience and prior hospice sales exposure, along with CRM proficiency and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business development.
• Previous Hospice experience required.
• Two years in a sales/marketing role within healthcare with proven accomplishments in direct sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with professional and community referral sources.
• Drive outreach across Dayton area including HUBER HEIGHTS and Troy.
• Document services and communicate effectively; CRM usage preferred.
• Support strategic growth through territory management and collaboration.
