Job summary

Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services seeks a Provider Relations Manager to lead referral development and community outreach across Mahoning and surrounding counties. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare partners while educating about Buckeye’s hospice services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare marketing or business development experience.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel across service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Promote Buckeye’s hospice and palliative care services to community partners.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities in the service area.
• Analyze markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to coordinate referrals and patient transitions.
• Maintain records of referral activity and partners.
