Job summary

AccentCare in Austin, TX is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice services. As the face of AccentCare, you will educate referral sources and build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community partners.

This full-time role offers base pay plus monthly bonuses and mileage, with comprehensive benefits, professional development, and the chance to influence patient care across our service area.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community organizations through in-person visits and educational conversations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships and increasing referral opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop and carry out community outreach plans.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care while prioritizing patient comfort and dignity.
