Job summary

Vitality Hospice is seeking a driven Account Executive to expand and strengthen referral partnerships across a defined territory in the healthcare community. You will develop strategic relationships, grow market presence, and drive referral growth while upholding compassionate, compliant hospice care standards.

This field-based role emphasizes relationship-building with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community providers, with education, outreach, and marketing collaboration to pursue growth

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales, hospice or post-acute care experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional referral relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales activity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Grow Referral Partnerships across a defined territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, SNFs, and physician offices.
• Schedule partner meetings and account reviews; expand referral networks.
• Deliver education and outreach to referral sources and community groups.
