Job summary

Vitality Hospice is seeking an Account Executive to expand referral partnerships across the Lehigh Valley and surrounding healthcare community. This field-based role focuses on developing relationships with SNFs, hospitals, physician practices, and home health providers to drive hospice referrals.

The candidate will manage a defined territory, travel locally, and represent a mission-driven hospice. A proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience in hospice or post-acute care.
• Ability to travel within territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Grow Referral Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources throughout the assigned territory.
• Territory Management & Business Development: Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, SNFs, and physician offices; develop growth plans.
• Customer Service & Partner Engagement: Respond to inquiries; maintain proactive communication with clinicians and leaders.
• Education & Community Outreach: Deliver educational presentations; coordinate events and outreach initiatives.
• Marketing & Strategic Initiatives: Support campaigns; track leads and outcomes; identify market opportunities.
• CRM & Performance Management: Maintain visit logs; update pipeline; monitor metrics.
• Professional Development & Compliance: Participate in training; ensure HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
