Job summary

Vitality Hospice is seeking an Account Executive to expand referral partnerships across an assigned territory in the healthcare community. You will develop strategic relationships with hospitals, SNFs, home health providers, and physician offices to drive hospice referrals and awareness of services.

The role is field-based with daytime hours, requiring travel within the Lehigh Valley area and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, hospice or post-acute care.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional referral relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources in the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence and increase hospice referrals.
• Create and execute territory growth plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Maintain a targeted portfolio of key accounts with ongoing relationship development.
