Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for its home health services in Nashville, TN. This PRN role involves direct patient encounters, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and oversight of palliative care plans in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

Participate actively in interdisciplinary team conferences.
