Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a related role.
• 3+ years of marketing experience in hospice or healthcare preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend network meetings and expos to promote the hospice program.
• Build and maintain relationships with social workers, discharge personnel, doctors in offices, nursing homes, and referral sources.
• Develop education programs and opportunities to increase awareness of services.
• Manage referrals, admissions coordination, and CRM records.
• Achieve admissions and payor-mix goals while delivering excellent customer service.
