Swan Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to drive marketing, communications, and branding efforts while growing census and strengthening the agency’s community presence.

The role involves attending meetings, building referral relationships with social workers and hospitals, developing marketing materials, and traveling daily to assigned facilities to ensure excellent service and outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years of leadership experience in marketing.
• 3+ years of marketing experience in hospice preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain referral contacts with social workers, clinics, and facilities.
• Grow census by building relationships with discharge planners and doctors' offices.
• Identify educational opportunities and represent the agency at events and expos.
• Develop and distribute brochures and marketing materials.
• Travel regularly to targeted facilities and communities.
• Collaborate with contractors and facilities to ensure attentive service.
