Seasons Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking an Intake Coordinator to lead our front door with precision and heart. This role coordinates patient referrals, admissions, and payer communications to ensure timely, compassionate care and smooth operations.

You will build relationships with hospitals and physicians, verify insurance, and collaborate with clinical teams to support seamless care transitions and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of healthcare experience (hospice or home health preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with intake, admissions, or referral coordination.
• Ability to build relationships and represent our mission in the community.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, authorizations, and healthcare regulations.
• Confident communicator with a professional, compassionate presence.
• Detail-oriented with big-picture focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all patient referral and intake operations.
