Job summary

Compass Regional Hospice is seeking an Intake/Admissions Coordinator to manage the intake and admission process for patients electing hospice services. You will be the first contact for patients, families, and referral sources, handling non-clinical calls, data collection, and referral workflow with empathy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include inputting patient information into the EMR, verifying insurance, coordinating with Admissions Nurses, and ensuring timely delivery of hospice services
