Crown & Seasons Hospice is seeking an Intake Coordinator for our Springfield, MO agency. This role leads the front door of the agency, coordinating patient referrals, admissions, and insurance verifications to ensure timely, compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in healthcare, strong relationship skills, and the ability to balance detailed processes with a bigger-picture focus to support seamless transitions for patients and families.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of healthcare experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred).
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with intake, admissions, or referral coordination.
• Ability to build relationships and represent our mission in the community.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, authorizations, and healthcare regulations.
• Confident communicator with a professional, compassionate presence.
• Detail-oriented and big-picture focused.
