Job summary

Paycom is seeking a results-driven sales/marketing professional to expand hospice care services across our Texas market. The role emphasizes building relationships with physicians, nursing homes, DONs, and hospital personnel to generate referrals and drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and proven healthcare sales success, with a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
Professional sales experience, preferably in health care.
Proven track record of positive sales results.
Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
Self-directed with ability to work with little supervision.
Computer literate (MS Office) and professional standards compliance.

Responsibilities

Generate appropriate referrals.
Meet growth and development targets and establish market acceptance.
Market with patient care team and build a strong selling team.
Maintain high-quality customer service and professional relationships with physicians and hospital staff.
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to meet budget projections.
Provide educational in-services to accounts on a regular basis.
Manage territory and continuously reassess and adjust plans.
