Job summary

Friendly Faces Senior Care seeks a Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to grow referrals and partnerships in the Dallas area. You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and home health agencies, driving education and engagement to expand hospice services.

The role requires extensive field activity, meeting weekly targets, and collaborating with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth referrals and admissions across the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospice/home health/healthcare marketing or senior-care BD.
• Strong history of generating healthcare referrals and building networks.
• Knowledge of hospice services and Medicare eligibility.
• Strong sales, presentation, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and travel.
• HIPAA and healthcare-regulation confidentiality awareness.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate qualified hospice referrals through ongoing business development and outreach.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, facility visits, networking, and educational meetings.
• Educate partners about hospice services, eligibility, benefits, and referral process.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategies to increase census and market penetration.
• Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth referrals and admissions.
• Track referrals, sources, conversions, and follow-up activities using CRM.
• Represent the hospice organization professionally in the community.
