Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. seeks a Community Liaison in San Antonio, TX, to act as a public relations representative and community resource for home health and hospice services.

You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior organizations to drive appropriate referrals. Ideal candidates have a marketing or related degree and at least three years in healthcare marketing, preferably hospice operations, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, discharge planners and community groups.
• Present sales and educational materials to physicians and local organizations about home health and hospice services.
• Assist in establishing annual volume projections and marketing budget allocations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to meet volume projections and monitor resource use.
• Maintain relationships with referral and payer sources and document key interactions weekly.
