Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in marketing or related field, plus 3+ years in healthcare marketing, preferably hospice. You will support annual budgeting, plan development, and ensure communications align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing, preferably hospice.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior organizations.
• Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations for physicians and community groups.
• Assist Director of Business Development with budget projections and marketing allocations.
• Develop a marketing plan to meet budget volume projections and monitor resources.
• Maintain professional relationships with referral sources and payer sources.
