Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing management, preferably hospice.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with the community.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily marketing operations and marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with anti-kickback and marketing regulations.
• Negotiates service contracts with managed care organizations and payers.
• Assists in budgeting and resource allocation for the marketing department.
• Develops annual marketing plans aligned with volume projections.
• Executes marketing and promotional initiatives to meet budget targets.
• Maintains relationships with referral sources and payer networks.
• Recruits and manages the marketing team.
• Contributes to strategic planning and identifies new service opportunities.
