Advantage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to drive referrals in the Allegheny East Pittsburgh region. The role focuses on educating referral sources, coordinating with physicians and facilities, and expanding our patient-care network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Hospice/Home Health experience.
• Proven success in meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of shaping marketing calendars.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present in-services to referral sources and follow up.
• Educate referral sources on home health services.
• Liaise between home health, physicians, hospitals, and facilities.
• Maintain ongoing communication to align expectations and patient needs.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting quality of care.
• Manage relationships with key referral sources for consistency.
