The role emphasizes collaboration, mentoring growth staff, and delivering educational programs while maintaining Compassus values and healthcare quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years leading growth teams; MBA desirable.
• Experience selling healthcare services strongly preferred; diverse stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Devotes training time to ensure growth team peak performance.
• Creates and manages a Book of Business for hospice consultants.
• Defines and manages growth objectives and monitors metrics.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders to ensure access and advocacy in the community.
• Plans and presents educational and marketing programs; supports recruitment.
• May assist in startup of new hospice locations or programs.
