Cantex is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive hospice census growth through strategic partnerships and community outreach in the Texas region. You will develop relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, and post-acute providers to increase awareness and admissions.

The role emphasizes market analysis, execution of marketing strategies, collaboration with clinical and operational teams, and leadership support for the business development team.

Formación

• Three+ years of hospice business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving admission and census growth.
• Strong understanding of hospice and post-acute referral sources.
• Experience building and executing sales/marketing strategies in a defined territory.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies for admissions growth.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, and community partners.
• Conduct sales calls and educational programs to promote hospice services and partnerships.
• Identify market opportunities and growth initiatives within the territory.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth planning and market expansion.
• Support marketing materials and community outreach activities.
• Monitor referral pipelines and performance metrics.
• Represent hospice services professionally within healthcare networks.
