• Minimum of three years of home health business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving admission and census growth.
• Strong understanding of home health services, post-acute care, and referral sources.
• Experience developing sales and marketing strategies within an assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans to grow referrals and census.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community partners.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and educational programs to promote home health services.
• Identify referral opportunities and market trends in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion and BD initiatives.
• Monitor referral pipelines and performance metrics; report market activity regularly.
• Assist with marketing materials and outreach campaigns; contribute to onboarding and coaching as needed.
