Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus seeks a Hospice Physician Account Executive in Seattle to drive admissions by opening new physician accounts and expanding referrals from primary care, geriatrics, oncology, and other specialties.

The role requires a strong hunter sales mindset, clinical awareness of hospice use, and the ability to manage physician relationships, coordinate with operations, and meet weekly objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience, healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals through new account development.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow hospice admissions within a defined book of physician practices.
• Prospect daily through calls, meetings, and events to access physicians and decision-makers.
• Secure referrals from physicians and office staff and ensure rapid patient admissions.
• Build trust-based relationships with physicians, NPs, PAs, and practice managers; communicate hospice value.
