Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive for the East Cleveland, OH area. The role focuses on outside sales to generate admissions and grow patient census, promoting in-home care programs to a broad range of medical professionals and families.

Salary is based on qualifications and experience with additional monthly/quarterly performance bonuses. The position offers a pathway for advancement and comprehensive onboarding and mentorship within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
Proven sales acumen with proven results.
Understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
Strong problem solving to meet patient and business needs.
Comfort interacting with healthcare professionals at all levels.
Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives.
Adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate with others.
Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
Outside sales role focusing on sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes.
Connect Elara Caring’s in-home care services to eligible patients and families.
Collaborate with medical professionals to position Elara Caring as a top provider.
