Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Hospice Executive Director for Worcester, MA to lead an established multi-site operation with autonomy and a growth-focused mandate.

You'll oversee about a 300-patient census with a goal of 350, driving operational excellence, quality, retention, and leadership development. Partner with business development to propel sustainable, financially sound growth and a path toward broader executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant hospice leadership experience, preferably as an ED.
• Proven ability to drive census growth and operational improvement.
• A track record of building processes and holding teams accountable.
• Balance performance with employee engagement and retention.
• Comfort owning operational and financial KPIs.
• Nursing background is helpful but not required.
