Titan Placement Group is seeking a Hospice Executive Director for Worcester, MA to lead an established multi-site operation with autonomy and a growth-focused mandate.

You'll oversee about a 300-patient census with a goal of 350, driving operational excellence, quality, retention, and leadership development. Partner with business development to propel sustainable, financially sound growth and a path toward broader executive leadership.

Hospice Executive Director - Worcester, Massachusetts

We’re hiring a Hospice Executive Director who wants meaningful executive autonomy, a substantial existing operation, and the opportunity to build the next phase of growth.

You’ll step into a multi-site hospice leadership role overseeing an approximately 300-patient census with a goal of reaching 350. You’ll lead operations, strengthen processes, develop leaders, improve quality and retention, and partner with business development to drive sustainable growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $160,000-$185,000
• 15% performance bonus, paid quarterly

• Approximately 4 weeks of accrued PTO
