Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth plans to increase census and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician groups, and other referral sources.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand referral partnerships within the territory.
• Lead, mentor, and support business development team members.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure exceptional service.
• Track sales activity and performance metrics; report progress to leadership.
• Engage in community outreach and industry associations to raise profile.
